Good Morning, Benny

Salmon Eggs Benedict @ Le Peep, NJ

Brunch is my thing. And Happy Hour too, but we'll talk about that another day. Hang with me and I will school you on how to brunch like a complete food professional. My go-to would be the chief of all brunches: Eggs Benedict. I mean, if there was a President of brunches, he would be it. You cannot go wrong with one and it's great for the morning after a night out - with another drink in hand on deck, Miss Mimosa. The goal I have set out for myself is to eat an Eggs Benedict at many different restaurants and different varieties as possible. I know, what a challenge. It's going to be so hard. How could I ever? (Sarcasm)

 Here's a few within the past three weeks. Yes, that's right - I brunch once every week. It has to happen for me in order to stay alive.
